Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is already included in the product price listed on the website.

You do not pay any additional shipping fees — no extra charges will be added at checkout for standard delivery.

If you choose express shipping at checkout, an additional charge of €10 will apply.

Order processing times

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the purchase is completed.

Please note that processing times may be extended due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country and are estimated as follows:

  • Spain — 1 to 2 business days
  • European countries — 3 to 5 business days
  • Other countries — 4 to 6 business days

Please note that these are approximate timeframes. Minor delays may occur due to the operating schedules of courier services or other external factors.

If you need faster delivery, you can choose the express shipping option at checkout. We use trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FEDEX.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, which can affect the final delivery time for both standard and express shipping options.

Order tracking

We use tracked shipping for all our orders, so you always know where your package is.

The courier will attempt delivery to the address provided by the customer. However, please note that if delivery is not possible, the package may be redirected to the nearest pick-up point. This is a common practice among shipping companies and does not always guarantee home delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notifications from the courier regarding its status. These messages will also give you access to available delivery options, such as rescheduling the delivery date or choosing a pick-up location.

Please make any necessary changes directly through the courier’s system, as we are unable to modify shipping details once the package is in transit.

Customs fees for orders outside the European Union

Our warehouse is located in Spain, so all orders are shipped from within the EU. If your order is being delivered to a country outside the European Union, additional customs duties or taxes may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Please note: these charges are not controlled by our company and must be covered by the customer.

Since customs policies and rates vary from country to country, we are unable to provide an estimate of the potential charges in advance.

We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations in advance or contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means that you will not need to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery — we take care of all customs procedures and cover the related costs.

The amount shown at checkout is final — no extra payments will be required.

Return Due to Failed Delivery

In some cases, an order may not be successfully delivered due to reasons beyond our control or that of the shipping carrier. Possible reasons include:

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
  • The recipient was unavailable during all delivery attempts
  • The package was not collected from the designated pick-up point within the required timeframe
  • The recipient could not be reached to complete customs procedures
  • The recipient refused to accept the delivery

If a package is returned to us for any of the above reasons, a fixed fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers additional costs for return shipping, reprocessing, and packaging:

  • €5 — for returns within Spain
  • €10 — for returns within the European Union
  • €20 — for returns from the rest of the world
